With fluctuating gas prices and the cost of living steadily rising, people in Indianapolis are riding the bus in record numbers, reports Inside INdiana Business.So far this year, IndyGo's ridership has climbed to 4.6 million passenger trips a 15.5 percent increase over last year. The transit company provides 27,000 rides in greater Marion County and from two regional park and ride express locations. IndyGo offers 29 fixed routes and three express routes.
