Or, as the State of Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Administration says:"Pursuant to IC 3-10-8-4.5, and for purposes of enforcing IC 7.1-5-10-1, the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission is notifying all alcoholic beverage permit holders that a special election will be held in the 7th Congressional District, Marion County, Indiana on March 11, 2008. During a special election, alcoholic beverages may not be sold from 3:00 o’clock in the morning until the voting polls are closed in the evening on this day. This law only applies to the 7th Congressional District."
