Should the Indiana Constitution be changed to add the “1-2-3 Property Tax Cap Amendment”?
An informational panel discussion from 7:30-9 p.m. 14 September 2010 will provide different perspectives on this proposal. It will be held in the Noblesville Public Library, 1 Library Plaza, Noblesville.
Larry DeBoer, of the Cooperative Extension Services and the Legislative Services Agency, will provide an overview regarding this amendment.
The following panel participants will provide a perspective from their respective organization and participate in an audience Question & Answer period.
