Or, at least this Indianapolis Observer thinks that Girl Scout Cookie Time starts tomorrow, when scouts in the Central Indiana region start taking orders.
That's what it says in today's Indianapolis Star, but there's nothing on the council's website with any information.
The actual cookies will be delivered after 10 February, The Star says. Each box costs $3, and the proceeds are split by the troops and the council.
