Pack a lunch and head downtown to the Indiana History Center's Canal Plaza from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. tomorrow (27 August) for a lunchtime concert by the Circle City Bluegrass Band.The music is free, but it's for humans only (no dogs allowed).
