If you want fake, go to the "organic farm" at Trader's Point and watch truck after truck pull into the parking lot with deliveries of organic food.
You're absolutely spot-on, Paul K. Ogden. This Indianapolis Observer notes that's not the only "misdirection" of the Creamery. There's no way it could supply all of its outlets with dairy products from its herd of 80 cows. Besides, it's in Indianapolis, NOT Zionsville, despite its ZIP code.
